Weight Loss Motivation Tips- Part 1
Have you started a campaign to lose weight and succeeded for a while and then gave up for whatever reason? There are some things you can do this time to stick to your plan. I know you can succeed and here are some weight loss motivation tips.
When you begin your weight loss efforts and you have that initial drop of weight there is usually a high that come with your early success. But after a while the high becomes a little less exciting and then when you hit a plateau where the scales just aren’t showing you what you want to see, you lose interest. This is normal.
Your weight loss motivation can be fired up by looking forward to a treat after meeting a goal. For instance, you lost 4 pounds so now you get to buy that CD you’ve been wanting or whatever reward it might be. Don’t reward yourself with food however!
Keep track of your weight loss efforts in a journal or notebook. You can see your progress and this will help you stay on track and be less likely to lose your zeal. This notebook can also help you watch out for increasing the portions of whatever you’re eating. Too much of anything is not a good habit to get into.
