Pay close attention to your thoughts. Is is really about the weight? Of course I know you want to achieve your perfect body and look as good as you can. However only thinking in terms of pounds doesn’t really keep your mind on what you can be and will only lead to another failed attempt.
Dieting tips usually center on eating habits and exercise but now I want you to think about why you want to lose weight. Visualize how you will appear and how you will feel. Make it real!
Tips for dieters usually talk about the number of pounds you want to lose. This number doesn’t mean much unless your goal is to achieve that certain feeling you visualized.
