Lose My Belly Fat- You Can Do It Too
I want to lose my belly fat but how? I’m going to show you how I did it and it wasn’t that hard to lose excess belly fat.
Patience probably isn’t your strong point when it comes to weight loss. I wanted to lose my belly fast and did a lot of research. I’d tried before and found that doing crunches and situps strengthened my stomach but I still had a layer of fat over the abs. There is nothing that can ruin discipline like lack of results.
I found some easy to perform exercises that really helped me lose my belly fat and I know can help you too.
1. Inhale and hold your breath. Rotate your ab area to the left while keeping your hands on your sides. Then rotate to the right. Do 10 of each.
2. Again inhale and hold. This time bend from your waist down and really tighten your abs. Do this one 10 times.
3. This next one really helped me lose my belly fast. You need to stand tall and raise one hand high. The other hand should rest on your hip. Inhale and hold your breath. Bend to the side where your hand is on your hip and continue holding your breath for 10 seconds. Remember that in all of these exercises to tighten your abs while doing them.
4. Do the same as above but switch hands. These can really result in knocking off excess belly fat.
When I first started attempting to lose my belly fat I neglected my diet and that is the real secret. I wanted to lose my belly fast so badly that I thought exercise alone would do it. Stay away from fast foods, sweets and other foods that you know result in excess belly fat.
