Four Easy Ways to Lose Weight – Don’t Skip Meals

These are 4 easy ways to lose weight because they really have nothing to do with going on a diet. If you follow them you really can make weight changes and fast.

1. Don’t restrict yourself to eating only 3 meals a day. It’s easier to avoid bigtime hunger pangs by eating something every 3 hours. It also will keep your blood sugar level at the proper point where you don’t feel starved or like you need a sugar fix.

It seems strange to eat more often but the catch is you must watch what you eat. Fruit such as apples, oranges, bananas and low fat cheddar cheese snacks will keep you going and you won’t think so much about hunger and food.

2. Try to eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. The fibers in these foods will allow you to feel full for a long time and they are healthy and low in calories. Eat more of these foods as they are filling and that will result in you eating less fats and high calorie foods. This is one of many easy ways to lose fat.

3. Easy ways to lose weight include not skipping meals. If you do this you are probably eventually going to eat too much of the wrong things to make up for it. Your body might feel like its being starved and this actually results in you gaining weight.

4. Drink a lot of water. Even if you bloat easily, water will reduce the problem. Get a water bottle and carry it around with you. Remember Sam from the TV show Cheers; he always had a bottle of water in his hand. Replace sodas with water and you’ll cut out hundreds of calories a day depending on how many sodas you drink. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink water. This is one of the really easy ways to lose weight.

Losing weight can be done even without a specific diet as the above examples show.  I want you to start to incorporate the above easy ways to lose weight.  You will find them super simple and the weight will come off.  The bonus is they are also easy ways to lose fat.
