Weight Control Tips- Keeping Weight Off After Losing
Losing weight has been compared to quitting smoking. The saying goes something like this, “ It’s easy to quit smoking, I’ve done it hundreds of times”. With weight loss it’s keeping weight off after losing. These weight control tips can help.
• Walking or some type of physical output for 1 hour a day. I know that seems like a lot but it’s really not. Try to find excuses to walk instead of driving. If physical activity seems tough, just start out by walking as far as you can and increase it a little every day. A brisk concentrated walk of even 20 minutes does wonders to burn calories and keep your metabolism going even after your walk.
• Eat breakfast every day. Try these morning weight control tips. Have 2 egg whites with a slice of healthy whole grain toast. You will feel full and retain that feeling for quite a while. It’s more effective for satisfying hunger pangs than cereal or oatmeal. A good breakfast is super important because you should be eating more in the morning and then tail off as the day goes on. If you’re doing this right you will wake up hungry and this is where a good breakfast becomes important.
• Keeping weight off after losing requires you to make regular checks on your weight at least 2 days a week. You want to know how things stand so that you can take whatever steps necessary to get back under control. It’s easy to deal with a couple of pounds.
I’ve found this diet plan to be both healthy and effective. Check it out here. I’ll have a second installment of these tips in a few days.
