Easy Diet Tips- Part 2

The easy diet tips I’m sharing with you here are also healthy diet plans.  Our purpose is to become slim and healthy for the rest of our lives.  This isn’t about a quick diet or pills or starvation.

•    We need at least 25 grams of fiber every day.  Fiber is critical and not just because it reduces the odds of getting cancer.  Fiber has a bonus of making you feel full.

•    I would suggest getting a great recipe book for cooking vegetables.  Steaming is great but there are many ways of making them taste fantastic.  Use chicken broth instead of oil to sautee your veggies.

•    If you’re up late at night and getting the urge to snack, get a large glass of water and some non fat cheese or nuts and fruit.  This will fill you up and keep you going until breakfast.  You’ll also sleep better without something heavy on your stomach.

•    Easy diet tips has to include the importance of eating at home where you can control exactly what you’re eating and the portions.  A reward for really sticking to healthy diet plans can be a night out.  However keep things under control.  Really go over in your mind before you go what you will order and what you will stay away from.  Please avoid desserts.

•    Sleep is really critical because if you feel tired during the day you will be hungrier.  This is because your body needs energy to make up for lack of sleep.
