Simple Fat Loss

The first requirement for this simple fat loss idea is that you make a commitment to do it.  It’s no longer acceptable to complain about how you look and feel.  The time has come for action and that means let’s “get her done”.

Most people would rather whine about their problems including their weight than seriously do something about it.  We’re now going to be one of those people who really keep their eye on the prize.

Simple fat loss can be done anywhere and anytime.  The average person spends 3 hours a day in front of the television.  There are 15 minutes of commercials every hour so on the average you are forced to sit through 45 minutes of ads.  Not anymore.  You’re going to spend that 45 minutes in a most productive way.

Walking and weight loss go together but we’re only going to walk one step at a time.  You will need a handy step or box to step up and down on during the 3 minutes of commercials.  It should be around 10 inches in height.  Doesn’t seem like a big deal does it?  Well it is.

An individual weighing 150 pounds could lose around 50 pounds in a year just from doing this exercise during TV commercials.  It’s really good for trimming the rear end, thighs and legs.

What I’ve really tried to do here is show you that it doesn’t take much to really get started on simple fat loss.  If you skipped it would even be better.  How about a ride on a bike?  Even walking and weight loss go together perfectly.  It all adds up to a permanent solution.  This simple method goes hand in hand with my favorite weight loss plan.  Check it out here.
