• If you’re on the phone a lot during your workday, wear a wireless headset. This will allow you to walk while talking. If you put 3 or 4 five minute walks together you have completed a 20 minute walk. In order to lose unwanted pounds you need to be looking for every excuse to burn calories.
• Another way to diet at work and burn calories is by drinking water. By drinking a lot of water even while sitting at your desk can burn 100 calories because water will pump up your rate of metabolism. If we can burn fat while sitting all the better.
